This website is operated by KY AUST PTY LTD ("KY", "we", "us" or "our"), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Products
We do our best to show our products, colours and sizes accurately. Screens vary, so the colour of the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos.
Sizes are listed on each product page. Please measure your pet and check the size guide before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on our website, with the currency code. Where applicable, prices include GST.
We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is taken in full at checkout, through the secure payment methods shown there.
Promotions and free gifts
Our mats are sold in pairs. With our Buy 1, Get 1 Free offer, every pair is 2 identical mats (same size and colour) for the price of 1, applied automatically in your cart and at checkout. Each offer runs for the period shown on our website and can't be combined with other discounts unless we say so.
Free gifts are included while stocks last. Gifts are chosen at random, so designs and colours may vary. Free gifts have no cash value and can't be exchanged.
Orders
After you place an order, we'll email you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example:
- if a product is out of stock;
- if there's an obvious error in price or product information;
- if we suspect fraud;
- if we can't deliver to the address given.
If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and return conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Using our products safely
Our products are pet accessories, not medical or veterinary products. Please:
- supervise your pet when introducing any new product;
- don't let your pet chew or swallow the mat or any part of it;
- check the product regularly and stop using it if it becomes damaged.
If you have any concern about your pet's health, please talk to your vet.
Use of our website
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website belongs to KY or our licensors, including images, text, logos and designs. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or any other consumer law that applies to you.
Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you live outside Australia, you still keep any consumer rights that the law of your country gives you.
