Where do I find my tracking number?

It's in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.

My tracking number isn't showing any updates yet

Tracking can take a few days to update after your order ships, especially while your parcel is moving between countries. Please check back a little later.

Can I check my order without a tracking number?

Yes. Click View my orders and log in with the email you used at checkout to see your order status.
